When you are going for double hellion pressure you throw down your gas at 12 and rax at 13, but I always had a problem with managing to stick two scv's in the gas and by the time I did that I would have 160-170 minerals instead of 150 and thus my rax would be a couple of seconds late. Now after I've done this BO a couple of times I can easily manage to put in two guys at gas while building the rax when my minerals hit 150.

I mean, regardless of whether or not you can remember what to do, you can only move so fast. Some people are just naturally faster than others. I'm a terribly low APM player for my decently high skill level, and can often feel that I can't keep up with what my mind wants me to do.

What I meant is that if you know what you should do every second of the game, you are fine, no matter how fast you are, and the more you repeat it, the faster you get, because you stop thinking about it, it becomes natural
