That doesn't make sense. The weight is still there. You either rest your hand or you use force to 'pull' it up using your lower arm. How does your hand get tired exactly because you rest it?
And it looks to me that Kwanro's hand does touch the mouse.

using palm will force u to move ur entire arm if u wanna move up or down. using fingers only will give u full mobility without ever having to move ur arm. when i move the mouse down it automaticly gets grip but in natural position its finger

You can move up/down using claw grip without moving your arm.

Palm grip doesn't mean you don't use the fingers. It means you rest some of the weight of your hand on the mouse. With claw grip you arc your fingers differently to move the mouse more with your fingers and as a result you don't put much weight on your mouse anymore.
You can't really see the difference between palm and claw grip since it's more about how you transfer force rather than how you position your hand. But finger grip should be very clear to see. So can someone find a video of a progamer that uses finger grip? Well my fingers might be dragging when i palm because my mouse is a Death Adder, but my hand is kind of big. I just find it uncomfortable if my fingers are touching my mouse pad at all. When i claw I dont have my palm even touching the mouse, and its not a fingertip because my fingers are still arched at the front.

fingertip I believe. I think I used palm before, but once I switched to razer deathadder I felt like I had to change it to fingertip. ATM it's pretty much the same thing. I used palm grip to reach my highest rank, after that I didnt play iccup to higher ranks anymore. However, I feel like I'm better than then, so you might as well add my score to both palm and fingertip lolz
A- (around 9100)

Lets just take the length of the mouse and compare it with the distance form your wrist to the tip of your middle finger. My hand is like 2x the size of my mouse.
Fingertip C- 3100 (highest)
oO. Big hands. Know what that means...
My hand is just under 1.5x my mouse length...
Well that's embarassing.

If you read that Razor page you will see like 5 of the palm grip responses mention they use deathadder specifically. None of the finger grip mention deathadder.
I guess you palm grip wrongly.

You have to move your army around if you use that grip rather then gently resting it on the table on your knob-wristbone and that preasure from that grip on your wrist causes pain ...

Preferred Grip: "The Fingertip Grip" Best iCCup Ranking: B-/B, ~7000
(afaik the fingertip thingy is simply one of the fastest and most accurate ways for people who play with high sensivity. For the others you have to move your hand which leads to slightly overall more accuracy but way less overall speed. I got my "style" from Q3 and later some CS, the guys who didn't use their fingertips were the ones with low sense, huge mousepads and like huge movements. Have seen less and less people play like that nowadays.)

I don't care if i palm wrongly anyway since I claw!, but my hands are big enough to crush a baby's SKULL! maybe that is why they touch the mouse pad.

You don't need to move your arm except a little if you move up or down or switch to claw grip.
If you suffer from pain I guess you have carpel tunnel or something.
