How about learning to skate? (unless you're good at that already!) You can probably skate @ 롯데월드... nice place to skate alone or with friends

Skating as well as skiing/snowboarding are really fun if you get enough snow up there.

with the amount of snow in the picture im surprised you left out 3 essential winter activities: 1) SNOWBALL FIGHTING. cmon. that's the best thing to do with friends in the winter. No rocks. 2) Find a hill, bring a trash can lid, and go sledding. Watch out for trees/people/cars on the bottom. 3) Make a snowman. Props if you can make one of Marge Simpson.
Of course, that depends on whether Korea gets a lot of snow or not, but I'm just assuming from the picture that there is. Have fun.
Best of all, they're free.

i realised you always have the same list to do things lol...

Your skill list reminds me of Runescape lols
Anyways you should try doing pen spinning/tricks, card magic, coin tricks
and knife tricks: + Show Spoiler +
they will draw amazement, admiration, and blood from others

I definitely vote cooking. especially during the cold seasons, learning how to do easy stews, chowders and soups is incredibly relaxing and rewarding.
you can do it alone or have friends over while you finish up the dish. cooking > all (exluding sc)

Getting a warm blanket and watching movies that fit the season. That's what I do. I love Elf.

I agree with this, becoming good at cooking leads to entertaining friends and family which is a great way to relax and unwind away from the computer and internet. I also endorse walking, reading and writing letters from your original list.
