- OP makes thread at 11:30 am PST saying beta will be out or announced by 4:30 pm PST. He says if it isn't the mods can ban him. - FrozenArbiter arrives and agrees to the "beta or ban" arrangement. - OP continually cites the amount of sc2 beta release question threads being banned on bnet forums as this thread goes on - 4:30 pm PST rolls around, no beta annoucement or release from blizz. - OP makes last post apologizing and saying his friend who works for blizzard (or a company working with blizz) was told to work overtime this weekend. OP interpreted this to mean beta news would be out today. - OP is banned for 90 days Note: From reading the thread as it progressed I am certain OP was sincere in his belief beta would come out today. He wasn't trolling for attention while knowing full well nothing would happen. | ||
