Sometimes its even the only way you can win it, like when T goes for that 3cc +1 bo. It was used on desti a lot im not sure if it is anymore, but the only way i beat it is if I take a third and fourth as soon as my observer sees the signs of taht bo. Other way to beat it is with shuttle play and killing off his workers but im more comfortable macroing up since i know he wont push until his third is established. Gotta know the timings though, since they could just keep adding factories and getting quick 200/200 and upgrades or they just do a timing push knowing that you expoed to outdo him. The rest of what you said is thur though. | ||

I had one guy taking his 3rd before nat and then taking the other main on Tau Cross. I guess they're trying really stupid stuff since lower level people don't scout as well. Maybe he was super scared of a ledge drop on his natural, and took his 3rd instead | ||
