When the % of material of the shirt decreases from cotton, the % chance I'm going to wear an undershirt increases to the point where once the % chance I'm going to wear a undershirt is greater than the % amount of cotton in the shirt. At that point I wear an undershirt.

Usually wear undershirts if Im playing sports or gym. And when wearing button-down shirts since it looks nicer.

I always wear undershirt white regular T-shirts. Main reason is so that my outer good t-shirt lasts longer.

1, won't get sweated up and get pit stains, ie wash it less. (you're asian you don't get these)
2, won't get my skin scoffing it up and wearing it out faster, and also washing it less.
3, won't get visibly sweated up.
4, white T-shirts are like 1$ a piece if you buy the valuepacks of like hanes or whatever at wal-mart.
5, if I'm gonna do something messy/dirty I can take off my outer shirt.
6, will add that extra warmth in the winter. If it gets too hot for the summer I can always shed a shirt.
7, I think it looks a bit nicer.

Like my TL shirt still looks brand new and I've only washed it once or twice since I bought it a few months ago and I wear it almost once every week.

Depends. If I'm just wearing a short sleeve shirt, then no. Although if I wear anything with long sleeves, no matter how formal or casual, I feel weird without an undershirt on.
