I expected a lot better given the players involved. July vs Bisu was the closest and still July was never threatened. Bad news to complete the upset : Stork is now qualified for the next round. Today sucks. Stork qualifying is an upset? LOL, do you even know who Stork is? First, read again : I didn't say Stork qualifying was an upset, I said it was bad news. And yes, I know who Stork is and him qualifying is bad news. Stork is consistency personified (I picked him in my fantasy MSL team for that reason). But his last he displayed cute, creative play was long, long ago. I don't mean he is bad, because he isn't. It is just that his games are not inspiring, and I do not like that. He keeps winning until the finals. Props to him. But I prefer players like Kal or Much, who lose earlier but make daring BOs (one base carrier vs Bisu was awesome) and enjoyable games. I just think Stork is boring. Obviously, as a player, one may prefer to win in an ugly fashion rather than lose with style. As a spectator, I just want a great show. Only my opinion though. Stork isn't qualified quite yet... if Sea defeats BackHo and Stork, and Fantasy wins over BackHo, then Sea, Stork and Fantasy will have a tiebreaker round to determine which of the two will advance. So there is still hope for you of Stork not advancing, though the chances of that happening are low.

Light and Luxury, you disappoint me.

Neogen PvZ is mass corsair though, Bisu didn't do that. Ground's not gonna work on someone like July who has great army control, no matter how well you storm.
Stick to corsairs Bisu. Nobody can PvZ July with ground.

Ahh yes Bisu losing to yet another Zerg, all is right in the world.

bisu made 3 archons, which was weird. he should make max 2. and then he had a couple of bad storms. he made mass cannon at his third, AND fought for the mid, when he didnt need to do both. so he could have had more storms, done better storms, and been in a better position (don't fight for mid). then once his 3 base econ gets rolling with many gates, fight for mid.
massing corsair is very risky now because zerg has gotten good at efficiently fending off the harrass while macroing up. spending money on ground units (speed zeals + something else) absolutely forces zerg to stop heavy investment in econ and it forces midgame play, where zerg is weak (they like their hive).

Stork is macro oriented player, like Best though Best is even more. But the diff between Stork and Best is that Best is more vulnerable to cheese while stork isnt (with luck ^^) Both are boring to watch, but what the hell, victory has its beauty no matter how you got it
