I need to say something to TMNT, but doing so will spoil the result of Group B.
+ Show Spoiler +Okay TMNT, we saw Mini make 60 probes. He won. He looked good at it, pulling off some clutch micro with shuttle reaver in the style innovated by Snow. Blindly mine rushing against Nexus first was a poor strategic call, the economic lead was huge, and ssak never threatened any expos.
Mini looked very solid in his unchallenged execution of expanding when forced to by extremely passive play from the T.
I hereby admit I was wrong. Mini is technically capable of building more than 60 probes in PvT. But in my defense, ssak was so far behind in the early game that it's hard to feel as confident in Mini's ability to macro like that as compared to, say, Bisu. Admittedly, his shuttle reaver control was very good in his match against ssak.

Didn't think you meant it in a literal sense.
If that's the case, you probably got that impression from watching a selective collection of his games in the ASL. He's more than capable of playing super late game and has done so plenty of times. It's just he likes to deliver the killing blow (or self implode) quicker than other Protoss players, so you don't often find lengthy games from Mini as the others. Maybe I can find some examples for you.

+ Show Spoiler + about mini and his shorter game times. He is a high risk high reward player because he limit tests as often as is humanly possibly, as long as there is a plausible reason to limit test. Why wait for an opportunity later on in the game when there is one right now? Mini takes the risks when he believes he can. He can definitely play long games very very well. This style can make his late game look bad sometimes because this style can backfire at times.

I like how the bot needed to post in the BW Section in order to bring us to the main page

Thinking that Mini's head asplode as soon as he get 61 probes when he is the fastest protoss among the pros, multi-task just as well as Bisu and is one of the best at decision making is stupid beyond imagination, and im being polite.

+ Show Spoiler + My favorite Mini finals was against Larva. Larva was practicing a all-out full-on amount, even surpassing Bisu at ZvP in the very lategame. Mini still got 3 games off Larva but the game he lost was the game he didn't plan to lose, and it was a lapse of his limit-testing style so described. Double Robo 2 base all-in. By the time he was at set 7, he was demoralized and hopeless - knowing he had no chance against Larva on FS.
It was a super close series until that specific game, though. I believe it was set 5.

My prediction is Zerg NEVER winning a SOOP. I hope I'm proven wrong.

I'm always in favor of rotating champions each new season. This goes for both players and races.
If you count the last 18 seasons (17 ASL seasons and there was 1 tournament that effOrt won against Bisu, before ASL 1).
So, Terran has been ranked 1st 8 times, Zerg 7 times, and Protoss only 3 times.
So I want someone from Protoss to win this season.
SnOw has been to the finals 2 times, but never won. Bisu - 1 time, Best, Stork have not been to the finals.
So I want someone from those 4 to win the current ASL.
The Protoss have not won the ASL in the last 5 seasons. The last win in ASL 12 went to Mini.
