So besides breaking his jaw, what else happened? What was the reaction of him (did he faint?), the other guy, the girl, and you? I'm trying to imagine the scene, like were they naked when you came in? How did you feel walking into a group of naked people?

I keep thinking it's like a movie scene and as he tries to leave he does some villain quote like "I'll be back" with the terminator look (though he probably can't speak with a broken jaw)

and you did the right thing so long as you don't get sued imo

I guess he could very well sue you. I'm not quite sure about his chances of success, but he can sue you for sure. After all, he was probably invited by your sister, so legally, I don't think you could claim to have acted in defense of your property, unless you legally own that room. Even if you manage to claim you were in defense of your property, your reaction was not proportional to his offense. Therefore, you could be sued all the same.

But there's also a human side about it, and all I can say is: "Well done, he sure deserved it!"
