I think this is pretty much spot on.
(except Bo7 in semifinals)

Gumiho has a good shot this season. His play has been very impressive, and he has a realistic understanding of where he ought to improve. He also has plenty of time to do so. I want to see him win quite a bit.

GuMiho is gonna be the champ

Maru is pretty much the only non-zerg player with a chance against Rogue.

TY or riot, TY is the best terran of LoTV he should win a GSL before it's over

I would absolutely love a Maru vs Dear or Dear vs ByuN finals.
|
I think the odds of Rogue getting past Maru are pretty low. If he can do that, he has a shot at the whole thing.

Man Maru's chances of winning seem pretty low this season, getting past Rogue AND Classic in their current forms will be really hard.
That being said I can somehow also fathom Gumiho bamboozling every one, again.

I think Maru should be favoured against Rogue, but it could easily go either way. Classic is favoured vs Maru in a way that feels more decisive, but with prep time behind him for the match, Maru could have good chances still. His prep last season was uncharacteristically good toward the end.

Gumiho has a decent chance vs TY but zero chance vs Zest. Rogue vs Maru is 55/45. Rogue wins the whole thing if he beats Maru. Maru vs Classic is Maru favored. You heard it here first. TY gets to the finals if he beats Gumiho. Byun will put up a decent fight vs Classic.

Maru 2 - 3 Rogue Rogue shows why this is his GSL. Classic 3 - 1 ByuN Amazing R16, but ByuN runs into a wall here. Zest 2 - 3 Dear This is 50/50 TY 3 - 2 GuMiho Gonna be closer then most expect. GuMiGod holds his own.
Rogue 4 - 3 Classic This ones going to game 7. Dear 1 - 4 TY TY is a tier above.
Rogue 4 - 2 TY. Rogue completes his dominance.

Still afraid seeing Rogue lost 2-0 during his match with Guminho in the recent OlimoLeague 2018 May Finals and also lost 3-0 to Dark in the Kungfu Cup tournament. I had a bad premonition that his inconsistency may comes back and affect his performance tomorrow.

Maru 3 - 2 Rogue - I think this is a coin flip, and the most decisive match of overall result Classic 2 - 3 ByuN - I know this isn't a safe prediction, but watching him handle Stats was impressive. Byun often only has a single winning strategy but if Stats couldn't overcome it, it might get him through this match, and I can hope. Zest 2 - 3 Dear - Seems pretty even, Dear has had better results lately. TY 3 - 1 GuMiho - I just think TY takes this unless Gumiho surprises him with something unexpected. If he does, I see him getting to the finals.
Maru 4 - 1 ByuN - I just can't see Byun defeating Maru. Dear 2 - 4 TY - Just think TY is the winner in this matchup
Maru 4 - 2 TY - I don't think TY would be able to handle a Maru that makes it this far.
