But DET seriously got bombed, and Clips have all they need to be great-ish starting next season greatish with their roster post-trade? after the trade i still only see them as a team battling to get a 7-8 seed (depending on FAs), which is what they are now. they still would have to clear a lot of room (trade jordan) to be in any position to sign someone to a max this off season. but how does that appeal to any FA? "hey come play with.... danilo gallanari and austin rivers!" and they'd have to resign avery bradley, else i dont see why they even did this trade for and detroit's 1st rounder this year, so the clips get a pick probably between 12-15, WOWZ!

Its a long way off but id sig bet for and entire year they dont make it past the first round next year if they even make the playoffs. I believe in West, and he does seem to be the rebuild asap wisely kind of guy (see GSW). Best case scenario: they'll get LBJ, PG, hold or flip LouWill and DJ for superstar players, and definitely flip Bradley, Bev, and other assets to round up the team. Plus they have I think at least 3 first round picks now. Worst case scenario: Slow rebuild with LouWill and DJ (as core of team or center trade pieces) Can't be bad for Clippers.

of course they're trying to trade him but they arent getting a "superstar" for him or williams, which again, i dont see how that's making them "greatish".

http://www.espn.com/nba/story/_/id/22263710/washington-wizards-star-john-wall-undergo-knee-procedure it does not say the DR is using an arthroscope so he is probably ripping Wall's knee open. it'll take a while to get back. after an arthroscopic procedure you can usually get back to rehab in a week. Basically, the more tissue the surgeon cuts the longer the entire body takes to recover. With an arthroscope they do everything through a tiny incision.

It's a non-issue, we don't need to go full JJ with it. or go full you and get temp banned. This is what John Wall is having done... "arthroscopic debridement". So something is torn in his knee. + Show Spoiler +

http://www.espn.com/nba/story/_/id/22265548/vegas-summer-league-grows-now-all-30-nba-clubs-play NCAA Football and Basketball have had the least competition for pro player development compared to other sports. They are also the most corrupt. It doesn't seem NCAA hockey and baseball have the sorts of corruption issues Basketball and Football have. So I think the competition will do NCAA basketball some good. i'd rather be in the G-League than have to worry about inadvertently landing in one of these witch hunts. Raptors Raptors fans should be happy none of their young players got selected for the All-Star game young stars competition. they all need the mental break away from the game and the public relations BS that goes with it.
