Is that thing safe enough? I fear it might get cracked.

Are you afraid that your friends will be able to access the data in the .zip without the password? How much effort do you expect your friends to go to to open the .zip? >_>

They are not friends - I fear they might use one of those bruteforce cracking programs :/

So unless you pick a stupidly easy password, good luck to them.

This encrypted ZIP idea is actually a variation of a very old approach. Already in 17th century, Galilei would first publish an innocent (if little weird) text which was an anagram for his discoveries to be announced later, establishing priority in case of doubts and this was a rather common practice in science for quite some time.

Can't go wrong with that.

Hmm I could create a .zip archive with a text file in it. After the thing is known, I could share it to them with the password and they would see the date of creation! Is it a reliable indicator or will they say I falsified it?

Giving them a password protected file beforehand is probably the easiest way.

Set computer date to 5 years ago. Create zip file. Look! I swear I created this 5 years ago! I knew Brexit and Trump were going to happen. I am a soothsayer, now give me your money and I'll predict some awesome shit for you!

I remember reading a picture book as a child l that was about a monster that lived inside a book (not sure if it was meant to be the same book) and the character in the book ended up keeping the book under the leg of the couch to keep the monster trapped inside.
Anyone have any idea what book this might be? Over an hour of googling and I can't find it. I have no idea what it was called or who the author is.

If i report something on facebook to facebook and the author then deletes it, what happens to my report? I suppose nothing happens because the 'guilty' links no longer exist?

I highly doubt it would be permanently deleted without a trace, while not publicly visible it is likely to remain in their databases if it was reported.

hmm i reported a guy who stole a picture from my profile and posted it without my consent, however we got to talk, he understood the problem and deleted it.

"Friends" who are "not friends". Secret information to be revealed at a later date. Wondering if posts are truly deleted. What have you involved yourself in sosexy? I am imagining some Bourne Identity going on here.

HAHAHAHAHHAHA!!!!
To answer my own question and after some reading, I guess nothing happens or they warn the guy who posted it like 'don't do it again'.

Mail it with a seal (big awesome game of thrones style seal). Break seal together at later date. Go old school.
Edit* it would probably be best if you did one high tech and one low tech. Then when both the same it pretty hard to dispute.

How many mosquito's would be needed to suck your blood before you become anemic, or that it becomes life threatening? Also, how frightening would it be for other people to run around in a suit of mosquito's?
