After about 20 tries, I was able to beat it as Zagara with a Vorazun ally. We had to plan out everything, especially time stops and the last wave.
Time stops
First wave: Vorazun (about 3 sairs) and Zagara with hydras and mass frenzy. Target shuttles, use dts and banes to kill army Fourth (?) wave (3 sets of shuttles move towards middle conduit): Time stop, snipe shuttles, run back to base to finish off army. You should use your extra minerals on spines and cannons Last wave: When the two middle sets meet, time stop and snipe, then finish off the sides.

Yeah Vorazuns time stops and black holes are so good here, so far every time I have made it, it was with a vorazun ally who knows how to use her spells.

I had many tries with Zagara but couldn't make it. Usually, I can get to the last wave, but I I feel I never had enough scourge to kill all shuttles, and they die to enemy AOE too easily.
My only success was using Abathur. Devourer just kills everything and can ignore most of the firepower from the enemy. Once they had 100 biomass they can even withstand a direct hit of nukes.

I think abathur can be pretty good, too, but I never seem to make it far enough to see his air army dominate.

Same here, Abathur rocks on Hard difficulty for me, the Aircombo pretty much obliterates any Wave of Shuttles and I can get repeated wins even with medium skilled allies.
However on Brutal I have not enough punch early to deal with all the groundforces and so far I had no ally who could mostly cover this part.

I just played with a Vorazun ally who was able to solo EVERY shuttle wave alone on brutal.
The only things I need to do were defend all three entrances and give him my two natural geysers. Easy as Karax.
The approx build order. (Black hole mastery maxed, I think) (Keep building probes until you have 37) Dark pylon to start Get gate at around 20/23 2 cyber cores, upgrade level 1 for both Save about 550 minerals, build pylon at natural Shadow guard on first wave, break rocks. Get 2 stargates, then fleet beacon Get corsair invis Corsair production (should have 5-6 around the time the 1st shuttle comes) Eventually add forge and more stargates
The shuttles just melt to 40+ corsairs. Time stops on last wave and the wave where all three go to the middle.

Huh, didn't actually have any problems with this one - Much easier than some of the rougher mutations. Corsairs are good units, and so are scouts.
Fun thing with Fenix - You can just use lock down on the shuttle waves so you can focus down the shuttles and then give the opposing army your undivided attention.

Abathur must be paired up with someone who can contribute a lot in early game. I had success with Raynor and Alarak allies. I think it should also work well with Zagara, Kerrigan and Nova. Apparently, Abathur + a Fenix who builds only carriers is not going to work (on brutal).

Vorazun corsair aoe means killing one shuttle = killing all of them since they clump up near the end. Much better and faster than void rays. Throw in some dts if you want. Save time stop for 4th to last wave and last wave and you should be good.

Yeah! Finally did it with Vorazun and Mass Corsairs, either Timestopped or Blackholed the escorts, then sniped the shuttles and got out. Ally was Alarak who I told to just stay at home and defend us from the remaining armies. Sunk all my mins in cannons, used the ShadowGuard here and then and supported him with DisruptionWeb during the fights. Worked pretty well. Even wasted like 30 Corsairs to an unlucky nuke hit before the last wave, what made it pretty close in the end.
