Seeing all this news about ByuN popping up makes me think now that perhaps the whole bad relationship between him and Gerrard may not have been 100% Gerrard's fault. (Don't get me wrong here, obviously Gerrard is a sob for getting Prime into all that match-fixing chaos and ruining Prime's reputation, but in regards to his relationship with ByuN, there could be more to it than what we've been told.) Another possibility could be that Byun's experiences with Prime made him super distrustful and he now wants to avoid in a near to paranoid way to get screwed again.

Maybe not for a Korean team. Byun did nothing wrong! That is streaming money alone, on top of that he has tournament match paid by XTeam and whatever prize money he makes. I believe X-Team does not take a cut from his tournament earnings.

Add donation, salary for matches played and prize money and you easily makes 2500$ per month.

Certain foreign LoL teams with Korean players took advantage of the language barrier to make up interviews and quotes that were never said and stretched the truth to get an edge during money season to pay less salary
