Mechanics are a bit difficult (okay, very difficult) to understand, but I'm hoping I can figure it out before the game begins :/
It seems town have a load of information overload roles, though I'm sure Palmar knows what he's doing with balance so whatever, but the angel/curse concepts are sorta making my head spin, and the no-flips...
...is there a limit to the number of times scum can execute soup kills? Right now that's the only question that jumps out at me.

No scum can soup kill every night if they want to.

Is there a minimum number of Angels that need to be in Angel Chat to bestow the protection? Can the angel(s) protect someone multiple times/twice in a row, etc?
Do soup kills go through angel protection? - nevermind So if a witch is lynched d2, they can still submit their power n2? and the answer will be made known to all in the mafia qt? (For example the necro) Is kp deliverable? Does the oracle actually learn who visited their target or just the number of witches (and just the fact that the target was visited period)?
Alright, obviously will read up on the prior game, but just want to make sure I'm reading/understanding the rules right.

/in I waited so long for a Palmar game :o

No

Just the number of witches (and thus he can deduce the target was visited)

Okay so on the one hand, this game looks awesome. On the other it looks like it might be best saved for experienced players.
So, I'll in, but only if you'll have me.

Lol Fidei experience didn't stop me =D

James, Palmar is an awesome host.
For starters, he's stricter than I am on behaviour, and he's quite helpful <3
When I signed up for his large normal Carol game last Christmas, I rolled jailkeeper. It was only my second game ever on TL. Shit I didn't even know what a jailkeeper was. I'm sure he'll remember that I asked him and marv an almost absurd number of questions on my role in PMs and the mechanics through D2 because I was pretty overwhelmed. It was pretty bad.
But they were patient with me and answered everything. You see it here too.
He puts a load of work into his games. Win or lose, I think you will enjoy it.

Oh dear, this is IML? Let's hope this goes better than Hammertime did. >_<
Getting hammered whilst asleep at 3am would not be cool...

Honestly the game is not _that_ complicated. But I'd still like to stress my special rule (that I have no idea why other hosts don't adopt) of disallowing mod interactions (including green text questions) in the thread during the game. PM me or marv and we'll hook you up with an answer, even making an announcement in the thread if we think all of town needs to know it.
Last game we had a mod kill because a player asked a question that basically "confirms" him town in the thread (even after I repeatedly asked people not to ask questions on the thread.
The situation was this:
Mafia got info in their QT from one of their roles.
Player asks if mafia would have gotten info.
....
Basically there is no way any mafia player would have forgotten that they got the information, so he can only be town from this, unless of course he is acting dumb as mafia, which I think shouldn't be part of the game. I find the whole "hey guys do you know how many mafia there are????" part to be boring, so I just create the no questions/no host interactions rule to get around that.
It's very simple to not run into trouble with me (I'm not _that_ strict).
Don't be obscene (you can be annoying/persistent/stubborn/obnoxious, just not vulgar). Don't ask questions in the thread (shoot me a pm) Don't talk about host interactions (host told me bla bla bla) Don't edit your posts Play to win the game
Also thanks for the compliments HTS

Idk why so many people are meh towards iml it requires a lot more control how you throw votes and votes mean a bit more since you can instantly kill the day.
And as for dumb questions and actions first game palmar and marv got plenty from,me. And now they sometimes love me... I never miss a game they host and cohost

IML sounds fine to me especially the way you have 2 sets of voting to control it.
Majority lynch in general sounds pretty rough to me in large games, but for a 13p it feels good.
Also 72 hour days would be pretty brutal if there was no option to cut that short.
The whole no flip thing still sounds rough to me, but everything else... Amazing!
One question though:
Wandering Wraith: Even in death you still haunt the living. Every night you can haunt a player, that player will know he was visited by the Wraith. If you visit Grandier or the Pope, they will learn your identity.
Haunting is done only after death? Like role is basically VT until dead?
Also I assume players are only notified "visted by wraith"
