So, I decided to try something different, by smacking the two together in a class like this.

I think my favorite part about this map is that the close three bases allow for easy macro games to start off, but with their size can promote some aggressive and tense situations. The farther you move out the map, the map becomes very open and wide. The territory of the map is also very clearly seen by the terrain textures, and base decals.
On my previous maps I've been hearing alot of "turtling" problems, but personally I'm not an anti-turtle person, as all Terran used to do for quite a long time was turtle, anyway.
I'm trying to push this idea of heavy base counts with these maps going into Legacy. Because if we're going to be mining out a ton, we will need bases to mine out with. Not just.. 4 bases per player side of the map.
Some details are not there, such as what to put on the blue grids/small gex tiles on the Ark/Forge areas respectively, aka the high ground you cant place stuff.
