I just read it over, and I sound pretty easily-fascinated. Well, I'm not usually that easily impressed. I lived in a huge city in China, I lived in Toronto, I have been to T.O. Downtown very frequently. It's just not the same.
If you don't think any of this shit is interesting/fascinating, fuck it. I don't really care. If you live in a place where this shit is common, I envy you. As I said before, this is mostly for myself.
I don't know why I sound so angry... I'm not ^_^

I've been in Manhattan for nearly one month now, and here's my verdict of the city -- it's fucking awesome. I Love NY.
[random shit, may or may not, directly or indirectly, contribute to my feelings towards the city]
People in NY jaywalk like cab drivers drive taxis, saw a fucking police car yield to pedestrians jaywalking. Reminded me of when I was in grade 9 and I jaywalked a street to school, and a police car stopped in the middle of the street to tell me to use the light instead (their logic was fucking messed up, I was half way across the street, walking back or forward was equally as dangerous). For some odd reason, I love seeing a horde of well-dressed people gang-jaywalk across the street in the morning (and being one of them). I would always think, "this is my fucking kind of city".
People generally don't give a shit about signs. I've seen a shitload of cars go through red lights, turn right from the centre lane, turn left from the side lane, left turn on a red, you name it; kind of reminds me of China (obviously better).
On the train ride back yesterday, there was this black preacher in my train. He was roughly 30-40 in age with a very deep and broad voice. He was openly preaching to the entire train. At first, I was a little annoyed because he was very loud, and to me, the preaching didn't mean much. I turned on my ipod, cranked up the volume, but I could still hear him. So finally, I said fuck it, and decided to listen to him instead. He was pretty good imo, and the entire train was silent (not because he was that good, but ppl felt awkward, like I was). He talked about love, love towards people of any age, race, ethnicity and all that stuff, pretty typical. Then he began talking about spiritual being and physical being, how your soul would live on when your body decays, still pretty standard. Then he gave examples.
He began with the trump tower:
When Donald Trump dies, the Trump tower will live on.
Then Bill Gates:
When Bill Gates dies, Microsoft will live on.
Then more examples along those lines, and eventually P. Diddy:
When P Diddy dies, Sean John clothing will live on.
At that point, I thought, wow, that was a pretty funny example.
Then he dropped the bomb: 50 Cent.
When 50 Cent dies, G-G-G-G-GUnit will live on (with the stutter, of course).
That's when I laughed out loud. Immediately, I felt like an asshole cos I was the only one laughing. Clearly preaching to different target audience. I said to myself, wow, only in NY.

Today, I saw two relatively hot lesbians (much better than average) on the subway.
One was Asian, one was black.
They were definitely kissing/tonguing.
It was so fucking hard to pretend not to stare, which was what everyone was doing (and it looked retarded).
This is precisely why you should always carry a camera with you all the time.
