None of that matters though in Ty2's book of doing things since I always host the smallest map called La Petite which is a 42x42 sized map (smaller than Blood Bath even....wow). The best strategy on that map is to just worker rush. Bwahahaha. I've played a guranteed 20+ games using that strategy and most of the time it works. There was this random guest player (Boxer?) who ended up outmicroing me to death three times in a row though which made me unbearably sad. However, most of the players that I play online are just really, really good at not grasping the basics which makes 'em easy for the pickin'.
It reminds me of the times I'd go on the StarCraft original servers escaping brood war for some peace and quiet just to meet noobs and relive old memories. It was usually empty but every 2 hours you'd meet the occasional person, . Most of these people were middle aged men who dug up their old copy of sc1 original, maybe some sc2 players wanting to see what the hype with Sc1 was, or even the occasional newcomer.
My days revisiting east original were priceless memories. I'd just "wow" them with my expertise. I remember this one time I was doing a 1v2 and while we were playing I started attacking one of my opponent's SCV's that was building a barracks. The guy was pretty hyped at my genius delaying the production of the barracks. I'm pretty much king of nothing on the east original server. There are A LOT of people though on west server compared to east but most of them play fastest. Worst thing is Zerg is massively underpowered imo on fastest. When I think about fastest it just makes my head hurt since I always lose on that map. I blame sc2.
That's it. Thanks for reading!
