"The stronger you are, the better you feel"
Fitness Review
This was day 25's objective:
The days exercise contained another one of those body weight routines, I have never found them much trouble and as a result I completed each set with relative ease. The part which proved the most trouble however was yet again the leg raises but on the bright side I could feel each rep working my muscles so at least some progress was made!.
This was day 26's objective:
As with day 25's routine the days exercise proved no challenge. I was fairly busy so wasn't really able to do much of the cardio. I ended up spending about 90 minutes walking getting stuff done.
The body weight routine was fairly easy, although I used to find planking tough, now I am able to do them for short periods of time without struggling at all. Of all the progress I have made during this program the enlarging of my arms has been the most notable. Mostly improved by the use of planks and push ups so bring on more!
The Days Diet
I am currently not on a diet but will be starting on one soon. This area will go over the days food intake and will include recipes so everyone can start eating better at home!
Starcraft 2 and Stream Review
These were today's objectives:
1. Continue to work on the 3 queen roach style.
2. Improve mass helion/banshee defense.
3. Improve pylon scouting with overlords +lings.
I only ended up playing seven games over both days as I was quite busy. With a lot of stuff now out of the way I will hopefully be able to step it up a notch and hit at least ten games a day.
The games were less successful than day 24's but they provided a few areas to work on and the wins were super solid.
I played four games versus terran and lost only one. My overall gameplay has improved a lot since using this Tefel opener. I no longer take any damage from reapers and my mid-game seems unaffected by the reduced macro potential of the build.
In terms of getting better I think a good way to go about it is to see yourself as superior to your opponents, play super safe and rely on simply being better to win. Only at the very top level will opening "to safe" cause problems where the margins are truly really fine.
Each game I crushed my opponents pushes and simply outproduced them, my creep spread has improved the most constantly reaching the half way point on the map. The creep really helps with defending pushes and I can't see how I ever played without it. My only loss was due to not scouting the fact my opponent had massed 15 blue flame helions and lost as a result.
I played three games vs zerg. I did less well and went 1-2. The win was a silly game. My opponent went for a never ending all in which I held and eventually forced him out of the game. The two games I lost were more to me messing up than anything else. My timings got messed up which put me at a disadvantage and I lost as a result. I will have to grind some customs to iron out those mistakes.
Game Summary and Points of Improvement
Vs Protoss (x-x)
- Further improve bench marking to aide in all in defense.
- Use lings to prevent proxy pylons.

Vs Terran(3-1)
- Improve early game map vision (lings + overlords)
Vs Zerg (1-2)
- Continue to work on the three queen roach build.
