Fitness Review
This was today's objective:
I had quite a few things to do today, I had to prep my magic deck for Games day which is a local tournament where the prize is a sexy play mat. Secondly I had a driving lesson, which ended up going well, only a few more errors to iron out before I can take my test.
I decided to do the calf raises and the super men first which would allow time for my lunch to settle before I went on my run which would hopefully prevent cramping. They proved no problems. Then a while later I set off for my run. The run would be another 3km and I was eager to beat my time of 18:03 and finally get my average below 6 minutes per kilometer. For the first time I had no problems on a run, although I still found it tiring I really pushed during the final kilometer and finished in under 18 minutes with a average km of 5: 58. I was really happy with my progress and I look forward to forcing down the time even more.
A quick note to those of you who have began to exercise and run. Make sure you stretch correctly and leave at least one hour for food to settle it will make your runs a hell of a lot easier.
The Days Diet
I am currently not on a diet but will be starting on one soon. This area will go over the days food intake and will include recipes so everyone can start eating better at home!
Starcraft 2 and Stream Review
These were today's objectives:
1. Improve overlord positioning in ZvZ to see incoming ling pressure.
2. Improve queen positioning in ZvT and be more careful when taking engagements.
3. Improve ling/overlord positioning to identify zealot pressure + various all ins.
Despite being up beat from another successful days exercise, I ended up not starting my play until 10pm being tired my play really suffered. I cut my games short after going 2-3. I didn't see the point carrying on when I wasn't learning or improving myself. My play would really benefit from a improved schedule where I can manage my time properly and learn from my mistakes and that is what I intend to do.
My worst games were the ZvZ's I lost both games due to not scouting ling pressure, my map vision is something I really need to work on.
My ZvP's were easier I crushed one all in and just lost a macro game after a tense base trade.
Game Summary and Points of Improvement
Vs Zerg (0-2)
- Improve overlord positioning to prevent losing to ling runbys.
Vs Protoss (1-1)
- Continue to improve map control and vision to easily identify pushes.
Vs Terran(1-0)
- Improve creep spread to aid engagements.

Further Comments
Firstly I have now finished my mandatory education and the rest of my education for the time being is now non-institutional. As a result most days I will have a totally free schedule to do as I wish until as least the end of the year. As a result to keep myself on tract in all areas I have created a daily schedule.
To the blog I have added a stream schedule and a FAQ area which would hopefully explain the idea of this project. I have also added some more sections which will be added to in the future.
