Today I participated in a homey little US East tournament hosted by clan Shadow Syndicate and managed solely by member Wine[ss]. It's your basic tournament with only 8 people and Wine's hosted maybe 4 of these 8 people tourneys in the past 2-3 weeks. I never got pas the round of 4 just because there were always C/C+/B- ranked people who would bulldoze the D and D+ ranked players in the tourney. Anyway, today was different since I managed to get to the finals since...there were no C/C+ ranked people this time around. I managed to lose anyway to this MuJuk guy but oh well 1-2.
Other than that I've been on a terrible losing streak on iCCup but hey who DOESN'T get a losing streak every once in a while? Yet, it's still so saddening.
On top of other woes I learned yesterday when Trutacz responded to me in chat that he beat Ma Jae Yoon(sAviOr) former zerg bonjwa and revolutionist of the ZvT matchup 2 times in ZvZ. That same day he managed to beat Fengzi, a chinese gamer who participates in amateur tournaments as welll. Isn't that interesting. I wonder what Savior is up to these days. Trutacz also keeps getting beat by Scan and lost 3-0 in some showmatch that was held earlier. Things don't seem too bright.
Other than that not much has been going on for me. Right now I'm thinking 'bout what I'm gonna do when I enter the work force. working and working, tinkering for love. This post hasn't been that great, but I'm feelin' like I've had lots of things to say, just that I don't think any of 'em are worth posting either.
