Typical Richard Lewis ham. Slasher and Travis need to learn how to slam in journalism.
Ah, game is ended already before start. Time to get tea.

I don't think he had to get so personal in the article but he's understandably pissed since the manager of XDG said some nasty stuff about Richard in the XDG management AMA yesterday. It's pretty obvious though that XDG's roster moves aren't in the best interests of it's players. Forcing multiple players out of their comfort zones simply doesn't work in any game, be it LoL, basketball, football, baseball, etc.
You personally attack a journalist and his credibility - he's well within his rights to use his platform to continue to criticize. Tone was a bit too harsh for me at times, but seemed to be motivated by passion rather than malice.
Anyway lets not discuss this too much and instead hail that greatness of Team Rocket

If LMQ reache Worlds they won't represent China or NA, they will represent NA LCS. Same for Bjergsen at All-Stars. Who said it has anything to do with nationalism? For me it is about the server region or the scene soemone comes from. When someone played the game most of the time on the NA server, learned the game there, he is from that scene. What nationality is in his pass is completely irrelevant.

TPA Assassins confirmed for NA Season 2 winners, since majority of their players came from playing NA servers, and got really good from doing so.

LMQ is Chinese because they are Chinese citizens who learned to play the game on Chinese servers, played mostly in Chinese league, speak Chinese and have Chinese management. I don't think it's fair to "objectively" call them American after they played in ONE tournament. I think each viewer can decide themselves whether they want to call them American now, when they get into LCS, when they go to Worlds, or never.
Too bad both Ackerman and Zoro both can't be voted for allstars. Maybe not Ackerman because of language issues, but for the same reason I imagine EU won't want Darien, so that's Europe without their arguably two strongest toplaners.

Is this Roccat? or Coast?

I have no idea about general qualification of Daily Mail, guess, they're what we call "Yellow press"? Or it's The Sun's prerogative? :D
I just like Richard Lewis because he speaks like he wants. Without hiding anything. He might hate NaNiwa and other stuff, but it doesn't prevent him in being blunt as fuck.

lol, more than half the posts in this thread would have to be deleted if people followed that rule

It is curious to see the hype train for LMQ be so strong when they are 3-1 in the NACL and were crushed by C9 Tempest this week. One game does not make a team, but everyone falling over themselves to say that they are 'LCS quality' and that their players should be eligible for the all-star team is kind of strange. Do we really think that poorly of the NA LCS? (wait don't answer that, lol)

I don't always agree with him, but I like that he voices his opinions and tries to report without making it a fluffy press release for teams.
What I don't like is that every single article he writes he takes to Twitter and Reddit and has massive arguments with anybody who disagrees with him. Just let your work speak for itself, if there's a big enough response just write something else.
Also, let's talk about this game, and the fact Fredy is playing Aatrox.
