I guess he will not join any foreign team because WCS destroyed TeamCompetetions all together and PL is all Korean again. If the mindset of Kespa teams has not changed (training shedule and living conditions) MC might not want to go back from "international Superstar" to Team Workhorse.

Which is why you would see someone like say - TaeJa - who was a relatively unknown at the time he was signed - but you wouldn't see a Bomber or an MC. What about TLO und HuK?! I think since HuK left TL, TL do this way like you said.

You can argue hours about what makes you a star in sc2, but winning one big tournament (with 0 koreans in it, granted Korea was not as strong as it is today) does not do that in my book. At that time, HuK was still playing in all the small online tournaments like go4sc2. He definitely became huge after TL signed him, but I didn't see him as THAT big a player when he joined them.

Did MC do something related to that or does someone try to claim the title for the world's worst team name?

Yeah MC prefers playing at home anyways so him joining a KESPA team would be unlikely.
