Well Zyra was like 57% on release day, and even then it took a week before hotfixes came in.
Release zyra was something else though, I don't think it will be THAT bad
4 seconds on smite isn't big at all for Elise compared to having more damage which translates into killing camps/heroes/minions/drag/baron faster. 30 second reduction on flash oh wow you're going to crush games, game breaking shit right there. You don't need 3% LS/SV because with 21/9 you kill shit faster = taking less damage. MS increase is nice but it's not worth the trade off and what chasing occurs that 4.5% is going to make a difference? The only time I've seen a good player run MS quints on Elise is when they start blue side with red buff so they can go to the enemy red buff and gank them so it's a red buff vs blue buff scenario and you can do that without a MS quint or mastery because of having to go Buff>wraiths>buff. Why would you need MS to chase when you have rappel? But it's w/e please PM me with your findings after you've experimented with them because I recently started to play Elise a lot and would be interested in your results.
Also people seem to be forgetting about Yasuo's ult range. I looks so fucking huge... If you have someone to knockup ennemies you can engage/re-engage from miles away, they can't imagine... Like stand at tower, wait for tresh to fling, profit. -_- A bit comp specific for that but OP as hell errr
The one problem I see is that you plan to go an aggressive item start and you're like Yeahhh aggressive!! But suddenly you try to shore up potential flaws and strengthen factors other than damage in this perceived aggressive mindset. As a doran's blade start Elise, you don't have to play "aggressively" the entire time with your 475 gold start. Sure you can get kills much faster, yeahhh move around the map, but the entire game isn't going to be dictated by your doran's blade and how your first or second kill attempt goes. That convoluted mastery set up with the 3% vamp/lifesteal is completely useless (and so is that 7 total defense) because that shit won't even matter after the 5 minute mark. 21 Offense simply provides better options for Elise at all stages in the game while still influencing the early game just as well.

this guy takes mobility to the next level and fucking manaless again.
They felt manaless champions were too gated by their cooldowns, so tjey decided that the best choice was to make manaless champ with almost no cooldowns on 2 abilities.
Over or under on 55% winrate after 1 week. Personally, I'm feeling the over, keeping in mind that this guy also designed thresh, darius zyra and one more who slips my mind atm.

I voted completely underpowered, but only because we really have no idea what the values are going to be. IMO, he will be completely OP, or UP based on tiny factors. Once again, a champion that will have wild swings in power level based on what patch it is, and tiny changes in the damage and CC duration on Q.
Yasuo will have at most 50% winrate pretty sure.Champs that requite actual thinking dont do well when they come out unless numbers are insanely broken and they dont seem to be. Mayyyyyyybe he can do ok mid vs some weaker laners or very skillshot focused but he would get destroyed by most stuff easily.
Yasuo kit is strong, but too untuitive for early strength to be seen by community. (Similar to Lee Sin) I don't see him having outrageous winrates unless the numbers on his kit are egregiously out of balance..
