Kudos to Life for even doing the interview in that condition !I was able to talk with Life directly after he won the MLG Dallas Championship. He was really, really tired so a lot of his answers are short, but was able to give a little insight into being the only back-to-back StarCraft 2 champion, being Flash twice in the process. Kinda surprised that he agrees that mines are OP considering how well he deals with them.

I have found that most of my interviews, the Korean players are just very humble. Some talk more, depending on the situation and who it is. As far Koreans being humble, I've been pondering if there's not a benefit to it. Resting on your laurels is quite a dangerous thing, always striving to be better is good. For example, someone like Idra would be arrogant to a disturbing degree, blaming outsider factors such as balance or the opponent being an asshole on his losses, and look where he is now. :p There's no excusing how boring the answers are though, haha, that's just bad interview-fu, but you don't have to be arrogant to give good interviews. ;p Just think of someone like Seed, he's also very humble and self-critical, but his interviews are some of the best out there.
