Yeah I've heard about that. That's a weird law. Does it have to with Chinese folk tales or something?
What I meant though was how the Chinese splashes are more cartoony than Western ones. It makes the regular ones look much less cartoonish when put next to the Chinese ones too. It must be weird for the Chinese cause they have all those redone splashes that look cartoony then new champions come out that look different stylistically or new skins come out for champions with new splashes that don't fit the Chinese splash.

Some years back there was a great fear by the government that too much involvement with fantasy and unrealistic stuff is an unhealthy influence or something of the like. Eventually it got turned into "we can't expose the youth to fantastical depictions of death" or something. The exact, "logical" explanation is lost somewhere in the dark abyss of Chinese bureaucracy, and I doubt anyone can now go back and extract it.

They shoulda left them like they were tbh.
Yeah don't get why they changed it. They're planning to up the champ size models, yet then they shrink the buffs so you can barely see it. So fricken stupid.

Yeah I still have trouble seeing them after weeks of the new model or particle or whatever it is.

I don't think they are anymore. TF was a huge mofo with the remake and his size has been reduced. Currently you can easily tell them apart from minions, something I have a problem with when watching HoN.

People still play HoN?
I have no idea. I watched it like two years ago and was so confused I stopped watching.

I was skeptical because I would have imagined it would have come up in a pro game as it would have made things like sneaky barons and dragons obvious.
You CAN see the explosion if you are outside a bush, and he Q's inside the bush (the animation is 'too big' to fit in the bush, i guess?)
About statikk shiv, I see 90% of adc's get it now instead of phantom dancer, but is it actually better? Solely compared to phantom dancer's stats, it sacrifices 10% as and 10% crit chance for 1% movement + its passive. Can someone do the math and give me a rough overview of which is better in what situations?

Shiv is better until you have about 3-4 items, then PD starts to get better.
