Goals of team: Our long term goals, like any team is to get sponsors, own a gaming house, and compete with the best, but lets be honest that takes hard work and dedication and that is the main trait we are looking for in players, someone that will be active during team practice sessions and take the most from it so that each of our members can not only improve as a player but as a team. Granted we are a new team currently only having two players so I can't promise you results right away but with myself and kONGZY as full time managers I can say it won't take long. We are looking to have a maximum of 16 players but since team leagues and clan wars only accept 5-9 players we plan to have 9 players who represent us in those leagues by doing in house tournaments and just look at player performance in the daily practices that will be held. Now you might be asking yourself why join if i'm not in that 9 player group? Or why join at all? Well mainly to practice with teamates who might be able to help you with a certain match up or how to deal with a certain strategy also the managers and even the players can recommend solo tournaments to join where you can represent the team. Another one of our goals is to have all of our players stream but it is not a must at this time. Other: Although we are a serious team we are also looking for easy going members, we don't need any assholes. We hold weekly practices and try to participate in weekly clan wars when they are available. Our team atmosphere is relaxed and friendly but we practice with a purpose. We have a sponsorship deal with frost e-sports, check them out at http://www.facebook.com/FrosteSports, and www.frost-esports.org. We owe it to them to take this seriously well still having fun. We are looking for a zerg player who is comfortable giving and receiving feedback, who shows a good skill set but also shows potential for improvement. Most importantly we are looking for a player whose personality fits well with the team. This is still a game, and we all want to have a good time with it, and we want to be surrounded by people who make the game fun for those around them. We do recruitment a little informally, our bnet chat channel is “frost esports”. We are inviting anyone interested to drop by, say high and play a few games with us. Our practice hours are 3pm-6pm pacific standard time, Wednesday and Saturday, but we are often online other days and times as well. We are not going to commit to recruiting anyone after x-number of games played with us, but if we like you and you like us we will take it from there.
