Same stuff last game with his awful play vs Select. And still he wins. Slush did very well in MLGs :p People get far too worked up about players not playing to some pre-conceived notion of "proper starcraft". Which makes it more fun when those players win.
They never win anything though. Playing the Slush/Elfi/Vortix/Lowley style means you can always take a series off someone but you'll never be a consistent solid winner with it.

Yup, he wins because he plays so dumb. Some people believe that is logical.

Is he Korean?
Yes: He's great, if he loses it's because he had a bad game.
No: He's shit, if he won it was because he got lucky and won with 'stupid shit'.

It's 100% a thing in RTS games which Incontrol, Idra, Artosis and Tyler have all confirmed on SOTG numerous times specifically about Lowley and Slush. Rotterdam has said it about Elfi too.

Same stuff last game with his awful play vs Select. And still he wins. Slush used to win too and so does Lowley. Elfi beats people as well. There's obviously a place in the Sc2 metagame for players who do stupid things their opponents wouldn't expect.
Is this smurf account of IdrA?

What was so dumb about pressuring a spread out zerg with early upgraded lings ?

No. MKP's really good and almost everything he does makes sense. There's a big difference between being extremely versatile like MVP, MC and MKP and doing things that deliberately (or not deliberately) make no sense so you're opponent doesn't expect this.
July is probably the best example of a good (i.e successful) player who wins by doing a lot of stuff that doesn't make sense with him just randomly all inning before the 15 minute mark with a random assortments of units in 90% of his matches.

Poor choice to go for the infestation pit, don't you think? He could have got 10 drones...

Haha, wow. But was it worth it over economy?

If only he had chrono boost... haha damn pretty big game changer

Is playing dumb some kind of LR bro code that I've missed out on that means counter attacking? Cause if so, DRG and Violet sure play stupid as heck. Goddam my slow internet, it's taken about 10 attempts to post this. Also I think I just broke 2 toes...

Just to reiterate the old martial arts wisdom: It's not the style, it's the skill of the user (player).

There's obviously a place in the Sc2 metagame for players who do stupid things their opponents wouldn't expect. there have been chess world champions (two that i can think of) that played an inferior line or variation notoriously, before computers mostly figured out chess. are you going to discredit all their success/their WC title? ROFL.
