I included all of the sounds I ever remember my computer making, so I don't have a sound effect for absolutely everything - just what I've heard on default settings.

- Download sound files wherever you can remember.
- Unzip Folder.
- Go to Control Panel > Sound.
- Hit the "Sounds" tab.
- For every item listed that has a speaker next to it, select it, hit Browse...
- Select the sound file that has the same name as a the file in the dowloaded sound effect folder.
- Repeat until all sounds have been associated correctly.
- Hit Apply and Save As... (Whatever name you want)
