EPTSo I started off my MLG Anaheim 2012 experience having lunch with Tyler, Sheth, Hot_Bid, Hot_Bid's sister (whose name escapes my 3-hours-of-sleep brain), Jinro, Heyoka, Boesthius, and Rekrul(!), who is much taller in person than I imagined him to be. I may be forgetting someone (like I said, 3 hours of sleep). Oh, Gunrun joined us for a bit too. Tyler certified the 'que as authentic Texan, and Tyler-approved, and everyone agreed it was really good!
I wanted to take pics of everyone enjoying the meal I treated them to, but I resisted, because, who the heck wants to have their picture taken while eating BBQ?! I decided to just be a normal person rather than a fanboy and just chill with them, and it was fun!

I am enjoying this MLG quite a bit, and a lot of it was because I decided to stick around last night to play Mafia, but first before the crowd showed up, a small group was playing Jester, a variant where the Jester (and everyone else) wants to be voted/killed off, and whoever is left is the loser (or something to that effect). I hopped into the game, which include HayprO, his girlfriend (3-hour-sleep brain cannot remember her name, sorry), StorrZerg, tofucake, Kevin (can't remember your TL handle), and the man who needs no introduction, HuK. Sheth came shortly after, and we played a few games of Jester which was quite fun and a good way to warm up. Then a small flood of Liquid (no pun intended) with Nazgul and Jinro and others, Gretorp and gf, and then many, many others. Jinro was mafia one game and had HayprO completely convinced he was town. Hazelynut, who I sat next to for my final game, was mafia that game and almost won, whittling away the town (with Hot_Bid's help) until suspicion finally came down to her and LuckyFool. It was a blast!
