Someone mention that uniqueness is vital. I agree with this and I also think that since this is a sport, I don't think that they recruit any differently than recruiters for other sport. I think that after they choose you, they would want to have dinner or something where the captain and the manager can see if your personality fits into the team. They would want to see how focused you are and what are your dreams. Since there are so many people in korea trying to become pro, I would assume that the deciding factor is style and originality. | ||

Actually, from the interview with Bejjang (ex POS coach, now in SKT T1) it would appear this is not at all what they are looking for. They want a mass gaming, high APM player (for instance, july used to be a 1300 gamei zerg - this is very low btw - but because of his work ethic - 30 games a day - he became the zerg that he is today). | ||
