Someone mention that uniqueness is vital. I agree with this and I also think that since this is a sport, I don't think that they recruit any differently than recruiters for other sport. I think that after they choose you, they would want to have dinner or something where the captain and the manager can see if your personality fits into the team. They would want to see how focused you are and what are your dreams. Since there are so many people in korea trying to become pro, I would assume that the deciding factor is style and originality.
