Maybe this is an ealy news released to Community, if so, I would say sorry.
IEF,Internatinal E-sprots Festival(a old name called CKCG),will be hosted from 27 Sep to 29 Sep in Shanghai.
And now the lineup is annonced, they are
Koreans: Iloveoov, Nada, ChoJJa, Ipxzerg, NsP_Destiny,InTro)Boradoic, ZergStOry_NamoO, HoeJJa[White]
Chinese: Super, Phoenix66, F91, ChinaTTTT, OnlyCc, Zdy, Pj, Lx(pj and Lx are not 100% sure to participate, they have business to do in Korea)
Two foreigners: their names are not announced yet, but one of them is polish, so we all guess it will be Draco.
note: this tourney is different with IEST, someone may be confused.

No, they are invited to the IEST (which is why he made that distinction :D).

i agree Draco was invited but didnt confirm his participation yet and afaik he won`t decide to go there or rather i should say its not up to him to decide.
Its longer story though and i dont want to go into details.
