We will put in a request to the admins. You can always watch out for nanashin's stream and he'll be restreaming OGN's content pretty much 24/7.
The article from the thread that shall not be named seemed to imply that there will be an english broadcast (although im sure everyone here is gonna watch the korean one.) Interesting if true.
Q: According to the plan for the event, you revealed that tournament will be broadcasted in Korean and English online. Can you elaborate on that? A: We already recruited the commentators who will be broadcasting 'LoL the Champions' in English. Two english commentators are going to be present from the opening event, and the contents they provide can be accessed from ogn.lol.com in HD. Moreover we got servers on Europe and NA so that foreigner viewers can watch the stream smoothly.
Other stuff from the interview:
The sponsor for this tournament is Azubu, the German game media company.
HD for TV will only be implemented on January 2013

Seeing saint go 8/1/4 as jungle Sona on Korean television with loco and Kim Carrier was pretty fantastic.
As for the actual tournament, if CLG doesn't get 1st or 2nd I'll be pretty surprised. The only teams that I think can pose any serious threat would be MiG, EDG, and maybe Fnatic (but Fnatic's been kind of sucking lately so idk). Unless of course all of the other Korean teams that I know very little about are crazy strong or something. Still seems unlikely, from what I know of the Korean scene MiG and EDG are currently still the two strongest teams yeh? And both of them are just as good, maybe worse, than CLG so the other Korean teams shouldn't pose much of a threat unless CLG just makes huge mistakes.
OT: I'm liking what this implies about the OGN SC2 Proleague that just got announced was coming soon.
Oh man)) I so wana see Flash, Jaedong and some others good SC:BW players in SC2 )) Hope that really soon all issues between Blizzard and KeSPA will go out)

Dont hold out hope for that. The S class BW players wont waste there practice time on SC2. Its mostly B teamers who have been training sc2 sofar.
The matches of The Champions will be aired on the OnGameNet website and comments on the game will be available in both Korean and English with the winning team taking home 200,000 euros (roughly $260,000).
