Hoping to see him take it all. Would be happy to see MMA take another title though

Both dimaga and Zenio will step up their game cause they made it this far and going up against fellow country men. In reality its very close between Dimaga and Kas while MMA is obviously the favorit against Zenio but if Zenio will ever defeat MMA I think this is his time. Why this time? Why not less than a week ago at the Code S group stages? MMA is sort of unbeatable in ZvT unless your callsigns are DRG or Leenock. This is MMA's tournament to lose, Kas is the only one who can beat him, but yes he might lose to Dimaga. And then MMA will roflstomp Dimaga

And then MMA will roflstomp Dimaga And even if your callsign is DRG or Leenock, he will beat your more than 50% of the time. MMA vs. Zerg is ridiculously in MMA's favor. But Kas might have a slight shot. MMA's TvT is good, but its also planned cheese all-ins half the time, and with a relatively short time to choose maps and all, MMA might fail a few cheesy builds. Either way, MMA's macrostyle terran is also incredibly good, so if he plays safe, its harder for Kas to make it through.

I was just responding to his worries concerning "over-hyping" EU players, it had nothing to do with how good Kas is. I know how good Kas is, he's actually one of my favorite players, what I don't know how you read my post as "Kas sucks". You might wanna train your reading comprehension before you start badmouthing other posters like that.

There are people who see his real skill level, there are people who overestimate him, but for all those people, there are like ten times more who don't see him even close as good as he really is, so the ones overhyping him are actually just balancing the exepectations. Kas has been one of the most consistently good players in Europe for ages and his fanclub is like ten pages long. He has possibly the best work ethic of any top foreigner and he simply improves nonstop. He may not have the biggest offline results apart from WCG, but he is the online king in the foreigner scene. I don't think he gets nearly as much attention as he deserves. I think that Nerchio is still the online king haha. He has like a 68% win rate or something with plenty of first places in tournaments, but the only live tournament he did as well as he does online was Battle in Berlin. But then again I think that Kas has a pretty similar record and tournament history. I guess they're both kings of online events. All I know is that I've seen plenty of people post about him being the best foreigner. The thing that really sparked my comment was reading some of the posts on the Empire vs EG Week 1 of the NASTL. I guess I get your point that there are people who treat him like he's nothing, but there was some talk about him being good enough to be Code S. He's a great player, but I don't think that he is nearly ready for Code S. If Kas were to beat MMA (or Zenio, but frankly beating MMA would be more impressive) in the finals of a major tournament that sort of comment would become even more frequent.
