well sometimes after i left my computer in some power saving mode and then restore it, only one of the mouse inputs gets recorded, so i'll get results like 10000 clicks but no mouse movement

fixes with a computer restart though but i imagine if it doesn't always work for me there's people out there for which it never works?

Anyone checked out the new WhatPulse website and launcher? I just figured out how to turn off the "pulse every 1000 keys". We're currently fifth on the website!

Yeah, I am using Whatpulse 2.0 since the previous versions didn't save your stats after logging off in Windows 8. I tried the 2.0.1; however, it caused random audio and video skipping so quickly switched back. Now I don't have to remember to pulse every single time I go to shut down my computer and maybe won't lose thousands of keys to the evilness that was Whatpulse 1.X not saving my keys!

However, I must admit that I'm sad that 2.0 doesn't track mileage. I've also turned off the other stats besides keys/clicks, since that's really all I'm interested in!

Wondering if any other WhatPulse users have suddenly started experiencing loss of keyboard control issues? Both my computer and my families computer have gotten the exact same issue at the same time, both of which recently had WhatPulse installed on them. Function keys have become unusable, spacebar is just continuously being spammed and sometimes it even begins to type things by itself that I'd typed earlier in the day.

Hmm, TL got 4TB Upload in total. I've uploaded 2TB of it in the last 2 weeks.

It actually had nothing to do with WP in the end, it was just an incredibly unfortunate series of events that coincidentally happened at the same time to both computers. We were all laughing about it for weeks when we solved it because of how stupid it was, but yeah, WP was unrelated. I also got confirmation from WP staff that it's not possible for it to interact with your keypresses/mouse clicks, so you should keep looking in to it.
