Now this is a good idea. I don't see the problem in forcing them to clean up their act. It gives them one last chance to not only be productive in society but to live a better life. Props to you good sir!
Just so I know, however, what jobs would you recommend? It would have to be a pretty low-skill job, like as a janitor or something I suppose, but are there really enough jobs to support all of these people?
