How many Bronze players do you think you could beat at the same time?
Challenge #1) You spawn on a huge map. X Bronze players also spawn on the map. They are all out to defeat you. How many Bronze players could you defeat without losing?
Challenge #2) You have a super computer. You are running X Starcraft 2 Clients on it on as many monitors as you need. In each client you are 1v1 against a Bronze player. How many Bronze players could you defeat going X-0?
Challenge #3) You have x computers. Each one is 1v1 against a Bronze player. How many Bronze players could you defeat going X-0?
My answers: C#1) 4 C#2) 5 C#3) 3 I did a lot of multiboxing in other games.

Knowing how often bronze players cheese: 1. 3 2. 3 3. 2
and I think I'm being generous, don't think I can even hold of 3 cannon concurrent cannon rushes, even if they are bronze cannon rushes.

I guess this is the same as like playing against a normal computer?

It depends what KIND of bronze player we are talking about, too. Bronze league carries an enormous range of skill-- you have the "high bronze" players who can execute bronze league cannon rushes, who make a pylon and a forge and proxy a pylon and try to cannon rush you-- but you also have the "mid bronze" players who do the same thing but don't use any hotkeys. Because they just don't.
And then you descend into the real depths of bronze, where nobody knows what a cannon rush is. Where someone is playing multiplayer Sc2 for the 6th time (he only played his 5 placements and that's it) and is still poking through the help menu (while in game) trying to figure out how to make diamondbacks.
Bronze has depths you will never know, my friend. I could probably beat about 10 bottom bronze players under all these circumstances. These are people who are just now learning how to play. Who played through the campaign on easy and were pleasantly challenged in all the missions.
Dig down not too deep, though-- for when you stare into the abyss, the abyss stares back...

1. 2 2. 4 3. (As in, we have to wheel our chairs around to the different comps?) 3
Don't call me out on this though, that is not the kind of thing that anyone has ever tried, but it would be interesting to see something like those 15 player melee maps, except with IdrA, HuK, and DeMuslim against like 12 bronze players.

Challenge for funday mondays? GM level player vs 7 bronze. Or how many they can try and beat at once. Being ling all inned by 7 people at once wouldn't be holdable by anyone.

I honestly wish I was in bronze, so I wouldn't feel so invested into this game. Fuck being in Diamond I'm tired of being so frustrated.

As a bit of an expert on the bronze, I think that anybody who can expand and macro their way to a good-sized MMM ball with reasonable speed could crush through giant swaths of bronzies. They don't have the APM or knowledge to tech with any expediency to aoe, so you could just make a giant bio ball and a-move through their bases.

There's no way one can survive three worker rush (or three inbase cannon rush). Totally viable bronze strategies.
I'll go : 2 2 2

You are vastly overestimating the bronze league. I recently worker rushed a guy who built a pylon at the top of his ramp, then build two more at the entrance to his natural, then 2 more out in the middle of nowhere. No forge, no gateways, just pylons.
I've seen people 6 pool, build 6 lings, and then sit in their base.
I've seen people go 7 rax. No, not 7 raxes, a rax on 7 food.
Just because they are "cheesing" doesn't mean that they're doing it well.

You speak like a man who has seen much-- who has seen the depths to which humanity can sink, who has scraped the bottom of the bronze league and emerged with his insanity intact, however partially. You have seen things no player should see. I can only hope you find piece in this world.

I cant tell you how many masters players I played when I was in bronze during ladder locks.

I think there are quite a few overestimates in this thread... Would love to see it happen.

Aren't challenges 2 and 3 basically the same thing?
1) 2-4 2) 3 3) 3

I picture 2) a multiple windows on one computer. For 3) I picture Taeja on a spinning chair with 8 computer/mouse/keyboards surrounding him playing 8 gold leaguers at the same time.

Well I've actually done the first one against my friends and I successfully beat 7. Mass tank planetary push lol.

That's a good way to put it. How many Bronzes could MMA beat if he did it like one of those chess grand champions who takes on 100 people at the same time?
Picture MMA at the Slayers house. Have all the computers run SC2 and start a game against a Bronze opponent at the same time. Now picture MMA either wheeling his chair around between PCs or walking between the PCs. How many Bronzes could MMA beat?

Any online poker grinders in the crowd? I have experience mega-tabling ~18 SNG's, and ~12 cash games so I would like to say I have a nice advantage in this "challenge", but I'll still take a conservative answer to this... btw, I'm diamond Z.
1) 3 2) 3 3) 2 (wheeling your chair around could be difficult, lol)
