He got rolled by aLive at IPL for gods sake He isn't on their level no but the game against aLive he didn't play seriously He mentioned it in an interview that didn't want to give away his strats.

But this also illustrates the need for team support in tournaments. No matter how good you are individually, winning by yourself is hard.

TheStC was on another level than Stephano there. I guess? But Stephano beat TheStC last week? Stephano couldn't keep up with TheStC's macro. Wait, what? Didn't Stephano have more supply than TheStC almost the whole game? Stephano couldn't keep up with TheStC's multi-task Where the hell do you get this from??? When was this ever true? If stephano had some decent micro, and good late game decision, he'd be the best. but until he develops those 2 skills he's still very far away from "best foreigner". Have you ever seen Stephano play before today? Ever?

Then he'll just have to win 12 games in a row and he'll won MLG. ... Okay it's over for him :D

The only person i could think of would be Sen, but I haven't seen him play since NASL finals so I can't really judge him.

First game he got cheesed by some trickery. I think he could have handled it better after the 2 marines at a time started streaming in (since that is when he scouted it so to speak). Second game he played so well for the first 10 minutes but didn't capitalize enough on his advantage. He did many things well in the game but not capitalizing on the advantage made the game way more difficult than needed. Still a very close game til the end. Some great late game harass as well.

I know aLive lose to the likes of Darkforce and Ret so you could expect that, but still... Doesn't mean he would have won against aLive, but this serie didn't mean anything. And of course he is no where near the level of Mvp or NesTea, nobody is.

considering stephano pretty much owned Sen at assembly, you'd have a weak argument.
