I'm just blogging about it because a blog's to talk about my life and what I'm doinggg right?
A quick rundown: I'm 14, birthday's next week (Oct. 14 :D:D), I like Starcraft 2, I'm asian (so I get pretty good marks at school)
WARNING: THE IMAGES IN THIS BLOG ARE TOTALLY LAME AND UNCALLED FOR
Maybe not this extreme, but somewhere then.
So first: SCHOOL:
I'm at a semester school, basically I have 4 courses this semester and 4 other courses next semester (halfway through the year). My first period is Socials. My teacher's asian. He also plays Starcraft 2 thanks to me (but he can't win a game for his life without using cheats). He marks me very nicely (yay) and he's a popular teacher (cause he's super nice and stuff, even his laptop wallpaper is Star Trek and he's a gamer) Essays are easy, projects are easy, great!
Second period is CADD: The awkwardly-kind-of-retarded-not-really-but-kind-of-awkward class (CADD means Computer Animation Drafting and Design). It's been a month of school and all I've done is messing with 3dstudiomax (3d models and stuff) and I've been making a city (for my assignment). It's pretty ugly, but I got a nice picture of it:
My attempts to make supply depots and barracks were pretty lame, my friend said it was pretty good since I just started; and I can't use my own textures so it looks pretty ugly but still, all-in-all it's fun, but now that I'm finished this project I'm having trouble on the next one (too lazy to start, actually) so I've been using my CADD computer to host a Minecraft server so me and my friends in CADD can play (i7 processors and 4GB of ram is pretty good for hosting a server :D)
Math 10: Pre-Calculus is unbelievably boring, my teacher's nice and all but we're going wayyy too slow (either that or it's because I got a tutor to get ahead, my cousin (who plays Starcraft and can roflstomp me)) and it's just prettyyy boring. We're still on right-angle trigonometry, after a week ("I DON'T GET IT"-kid that fails school but parents buy them everything stereotype)
Average intelligence of my class (honestly, "angle"'s a big word? What is this?)
Finally we have English, in which we have to study short stories that are from the 19x0 (x=3,6,7,8) and man, I might fall asleep. It's just too...boring, I guess.
My friends all play League of Legends, which they believe that is dominant over Starcraft 2 because more people play it, in which I can't counter-argue because that's kind of true (the game being free). After showing them a preview of the Korean Air OSL Finals (and the crowds) they all shut up -cough- but it's still hard to communicate with them because all they do is "lol lol lol lol" all day (see what I did there, points for me)
Just had to throw that out there
Thanks for reading the school section of my boring blog.
Part 2: Starcraft
Well first, let me just put this way in case:
^That's me
So. I recently switched to Terran mid-way through Season 3 (and despite all the claims it wasn't because Terran was OP ), it was because I liked dropping MARINES (zealots too slow to kill scvs -sadface-), multitasking and stimming with medivacs :D and helions were sooo good
I was Protoss for season 1 and 2 and got into high diamond.
I'm now mid-diamond, after playing around 100-200 games. I'm losing most of them, but I'm hanging on by winning one or two in four.
I've been looking for a clan, but haven't found one. Here's my application: http://www.teamliquid.net/forum/viewmessage.php?topic_id=139545¤tpage=26#503
TL;DR: Practice partners, high plat/diamond/masters, willing to play a lot, I'll be willing to play a lot, add me Cyclone.371, willing to change name if you guys are committed :D
I have a good attitude, I don't swear and I give respect, and I don't type liek dis :D
How committed, you may ask?
I need builds, as much help as I can get, a highlevel diamond player to coach me, anything to help me get better <3
I got a computer during the summer, it's pretty nice and it can run Starcraft on Extreme on constant 70 FPS (starts with 100, I capped it at 100), which is weird because the 6850's average is 50...but whatever, who's complaining -cough-? I suck at overclocking, as quoted by my friend:
if I went offline during MSN, it means my OC failed
Him: "wb"
Him: "gratz on overclockinwait"
Him: "nvmufail"
Me: " "
Anyways, time to go, swimming with my youth group at church, I didn't mean to put a swear word on my images that I got off of Google but still I found it funny
