I can kind of control the situation. When i pull the trigger on the gun, there is no way out. Its "die" or "live". That's less than one milisecond.

Just driving onto a road implies some small chance that that you will 100% die, as opposed to 60% die I guess On September 24 2011 05:55 Robje wrote: Show nested quote + On September 24 2011 05:53 hypercube wrote: On September 24 2011 05:46 enemy2010 wrote: On September 24 2011 05:45 hypercube wrote: On September 24 2011 05:19 DenSkumle wrote: If you had a revolver with a 22 400 000 000 000 bullet cylinder and it was loaded with one bullet would you dare pull the trigger ? Hard to say how often, but much more often than the number given in this example. Like thousands of times more often, at least.

But mostly because I wouldn't want to waste 2 minutes with the whole exercise, not because I was worried I got killed.

It will land ~5 hours from now -- +/- 3 hours! The prediction site shows blue and yellow lines for the orbital track, and it could land anywhere along the yellow/blue lines. They go around the Earth roughly 4 times. In short, they don't really know where the hell it will land.
