That's really cool. I don't follow F1 as much as I should, but whenever I watch it at all I really love it. Especially live, it's always super interesting and exciting. : D Looking forward to some awesome pictures, have a fun time!

If so, then you should really look forward to it, cause it's awesome :D I've been to f1 in Bahrain and Belgium, both times were just spectacular. The atmosphere is probably the best part, and the crashes obviously! :D

one day i will go watch a f1 race at night... it seems way more awesome compared to the traditional 1pm start.

i envy you quite a bit, singapore GP is always an amazing event to watch on tv, being there in person is going to be insane. and give me a few years and i might reach 30k+ posts

However, I did manage to go to the Montreal GP this year. :D Was quite a fun time....rain and all.

Have fun, it will be great, Singapore is such a great technical st circuit, quite the opposite to Melbourne.
People don't seem to understand formula 1 they just don't seem to understand the essence that makes it great (it's hard to specify but its largely the atmosphere it creates) which is a shame becuse its arguably one of the greatest sports to watch live in the world.
I went to Melbourne this year which turned out to be the greatest day of my life as I won a ride in the Minardi 2 seater f1 and tickets above the v8 supercar pits. If you ever get the chance to do this DO IT, enter the competition or pay however much it costs, you wont regret it.

Singapore have been one of my favourite circuit lately, with the night drive and tight turns etc, I remember last years race was epic as well, shame Hamilton crashed out with Webber though!

and im jealous of you going to singapore. not one of my favorite tracks (its pretty but the actual track is kinda lackluster imo) but should be a very cool experience for you!

I'm quite jelly. I wish the US was still hosting a GP, preferably at the Long Beach circuit so I could attend.
Edit: Apparently they're building a track in Austin, TX for the 2012 F1 season.
