Try it! And if it doesn't help, just stop playing.

It kind of helps, the anger pushes you through the exercise and burns up the rage ^_^ Try it! And if it doesn't help, just stop playing. Wow, never thought of this, i like this idea haha

For me when i go on tilt ... first i will always play more games. If im on tilt i dont deserve to win the next few games. I should be able to control it and if i cant i dont deserve to win. I make sure that when im on tilt i am as good mannered as possible my opponants arnt the reason im on tilt. I make sure i never cheese i just play as standard as i possibly can. Also i keep going until i have a win only then can i take a break if i want to. I would not reccomend this method at all to anybody. But its what i do and i rely on the knowledge that every single time i lose i could have done something better. I lost because i did something wrong and my opponant did something right.

You are not living in a Korean team house, it doesn't matter if you don't practice 12 hours a day, the only pressure is coming from yourself, so I usually alt-F4 after a couple of losses and go chill. Also, play vs AI for fun.
