Korea blocked from Youtube due to fraud "On a nation-wide scale tools have been used to boost view counts of K-POOP videos. That includes, but is not limited to that obnoxious geegeegee group. As of now, Koreans may not upload videos, and the playback of videos has been limited as well." A friend of mine linked me this on aim.
