I don't know about you guys, but I'm pretty excited about smash bros brawl FINALLY FINALLY coming out soon.
December 3rd, 2007
Check out http://www.smashbros.com/en_us/index.html for more information. They are doing daily updates on weekdays, reavealing little bits of information about the game. It looks very good to me. It's very strange how long it's been in development, though. Oh wait, it is Nintendo. All well, hopefully it will be as good or better than melee.

I thought they announced they'd be scarce throughout the year =/
Honestly though, what's supposed to make me think that a game that was delayed once (or more) already won't be delayed again?
I guess (a) holiday season and (b) concrete date?

have you even been checking out their website? they posted an official release date on there, it's the site with the weekday updates
they probably already know all the updates they will do on that site each day until their release date now, so they know exactly how much info the public will have

Im hoping, well... praying actually, that it releases a version thats compatible with the Gamecube. I'd be a much happier boy if that happened.

lol?
yeah why don't they make it compatible on the NES too
at least you can use gamecube controllers for it though although i might consider using the nunchuks if it operates similar to a joystick...

hopefully it won't be pushed back yet again.

Actually, there are four input methods: Wiimote+nunchuck, Wiimote only, the classic controller (requires a Wiimote to use but is autonomous), and Gamecube controller.
It's under one of the updates...
|
There are like 4 possible controller combinations you can use with the Wiimote/Classic/Gamecube controllers (it's one of the older updates on the site).
Between this, Metroid Prime 3, Super Mario Galaxy and Trauma Centre 3, I think I'm finally glad I got a Wii.
|
Trauma Centre 3? That doesnt sound in line with wii's target demographic!!.
|
Trauma Centre 2 came out for the Wii. Resident Evil 4 is coming out for it. stfu plz

Dont own a Wii, might get one later, but I dont want to buy a new system when its been shown games from the Wii are perfectly able to be played on the Gamecube with little loss too detail (exceptions being games that are souly dependent on the nun-chucks).
Tho I agree, they should make it compatible for the NES too, that would be awesome, get some usage out of my old grey-box again :D
