Team NrS - Progaming house in Romania

SO here it is, sLeEpy arrived here in Washington on Monday and we have just been practicing since for what is to come. We are actually leaving to Bucharest March 15th and will arrive 13 hours later the next day, massive jet lag awaits! sLeEpy and I are the first two members of team NrS, but there are plans to add two additional members shortly after. Newrsoft is a solid software and web design company that has pushed through economical hardships and became successful throughout the globe. The companies website can be found at www.newrosoft.com however it is currently under construction. The team's site will be up within a matter of time, which we will update everyone with it the moment it's live.


Newrosoft's Goals for team NrS:

Newrosoft is like any other company and loves to promote. Team NrS is of course representing the company in the E-Sports community in hopes to draw in lovely E-sports fans to their awesome hard work they have put into their games and appealing websites. Andrei, who is the owner of NrS and CEO of Newrosoft, has a huge passion for Starcraft II and progamers, who after a long thought process decided to brilliantly weave together a team in his hometown of Bucharest, Romania. The team's major goal is to become a long term top EU pro gaming team while promoting Newrosoft as a company. Since the team is planned to be long term, our stay will be a minimum 3 months and could last over a year if not longer depending on how things go.


Practice outline:

As of right now, we will have a set schedule in which we have to be at Newrosoft's
headquarters at 9 am and will be playing 8 hours a day. Practice will consist a lot of practice between teammates and laddering of course. We will have breaks in which we discuss replays, practice specific strats and talk about different MU's. NrS will have a coach who is very knowledgeable around Starcraft and all of it's elements, so they can guide the team and give the individuals of NrS incite on dark areas of their play. Not only is team NrS going to be practicing inside the game but also outside the game as well. We will be hitting the gym working out doing cardio and other important workouts to clear our heads. It is obvious to us that Bucharest is not booming in E-Sports like Korea, however we are confident that we will greatly benefit from the team environment as well as being able to practice without any every day life US distractions =) Also having a companies support is a really strong motive in improving and obtaining results in tournaments.


Our gaming house and things being provided:

We are beyond grateful for everything NrS will be providing us, especially for this great
opportunity. The apartment we are staying in currently is a 2 bedroom / 1 bath with a nice sized kitchen. We'll do most of our practicing at the office, but also will be getting sets of computers for the house as well so we can practice beyond what is mandatory. All our housing / utilities will all be paid for and we also will be getting paid a monthly salary to play for Team NrS.
