With the recent patch, chat channels have been implemented for Starcraft II. Nonetheless, creating "private" channels for public use are often times what is going to be done. This thread will help us organize channels for the Starcraft II community to use. I will list by server
Please list the name of the channel and what region it is used on.
Red means it is a scrimmage/observing channel.
Blue means it is a clan channel.
Green means it is a lounge/community channel for discussion.
And lastly, Black and Bold means it is a channel dedicated to a user, such as Tyler.

channel game me my friends and I host tourneys pretty often we're casual about the tournaments medium-high skill level of players some very low

How *official* is this thread? Did you just decide it should be *official*, or does teamliquid endorse it?
Anyway, I think you might want to distinguish between the different servers (maybe in spoiler tags?).
On EU I found the channels:

We have play / observe games running 24/7 and have had about 40+ people in channel since the new patch, Come stop by and play, have fun, chat, w/e. Chat channels

plz add iCCup to the NA server as well. As we do have a chat channel on both.

Personally, I feel like there should be a teamliquid1 between teamliquid and teamliquid2. I tried joining it on NA, but no one was there.

DragonSlayerTripleX is a fairly popular channel I'm in right now.
|
iCcup is the official iCCup channel (they forgot the second capitol C when they made it lol).
"obs" is a channel for observers-allowed KotH matches.
