Why is it that Lees-Ssang-Taek Bang have byes? Is it because of Last WCG they were finalists? Flash gets a bye because....? [Best Player? Highest ELO?)

yeah my guess is that they're supposed to take the top 4 from WCG Korea 2009. But the 4th place finisher was Luxury.

So I guess they just let Flash have the bye instead.
