Flash was a much more careful player back then. On Destination he waited until he had damn near 3-2 upgrades when he started moving out. At this time bisu had 5 bases vs. Flash's 3 and 4k in the bank so he massed gateways and won. Oh, and a handful of arbiters that stasised even vultures at the end. Game 2 was even more epic. Bisu teched until he had enough for a dt-drop. Flash had turrets everywhere and could defend adequately. The second he had scan up, he moved out with his army and killed Bisu. No questions asked! Bisu got denied in the worst way. The game on HBR gets a lot of attention for the micro - but what preceded it was a failed bunker rush by Flash. Bisu went 12 nex and Flash brought ~6scvs and some marines to take it down. Bisu however killed the marines, denied the bunker AND put a pylon at Flash's main choke denying the vulture to come and micro-waltz all over Bisu. It was after all of this that the micro episode happened - with Bisu up a base for a significant while and having a 20 food advantage (Flash 50, Bisu 70). It honestly felt more like Flash waving good-bye to the WCG fans then a a real shot at taking down Bisu. Can't wait for the WCG Korea finals!!! | ||
