Same openings as G1 - Reaper expand for Polt and Hatch/pool/gas for Goswser. Some deviation in this game with Polt attempting a bunker in Goswsers main as he puts down his CC before factory this time. Goswser gets a RW. Bunker finishes. Polt is able to take down a couple of drones with 2 reapers as the roaches try to push him away. Back at Polts base he has a siege tank out before the 3 roaches arrive. Goswser drones up in the background and takes his third. Polts third is ahead though and he starts stim and gets mines. Polt starts his 1/1 for bio as he runes by with 4 helions and 2 reapers. 21 drones killed, Goswser finishes his bane nest, gets lair, and drones up. Polt is ramping up his production with 5 rax's as he takes his third and gets combat shields. Goswser takes all 6 gases and goes inf pit. Goswser takes the worker lead, but Polt still has mules. Goswser starts his hive, bane speed and 4 infestors. Polt is almost done with 1/1 and Goswser hasn't started his. Polt does a poke at Goswsers third and kills quite a few units with his bio/mine army. Goswser pushes polt away and loses a large group of lings to a widow mine as he tries to chase. 2/2 and Ultras on the way for Goswser as Polt positions himself at the third again. Polt goes into 3/3 and a 5th CC after a planetary at his 4th. Meanwhile he drops in the main and pokes at the third but Goswser is able to defend on both fronts. Supply is quite even. Double drop in the main, taking out the ultra cavern and picking up as another force takes out the 4th. Goswser pushes to take out polts army outside his 4th as lings/banes clean up the drop in the main. However polt has too much MMM and tanks and pushes Goswser back. Goswser tries to break polt again, as polt drops in the main again. He manages to break that army with an ultra surviving, but as polts reinforcements arrive Goswser taps out. | ||
